1.Valid Driver's License: You will need a valid driver's license issued by your country of residence. Make sure your license is not expired and is accepted in Greece.An international driver's license is required if your license is not in english or the local language.
2.Proof of Identity: Provide a valid identification document, such as a passport or national identification card. This verifies your identity and is necessary for the rental agreement.
3.Credit Card: A credit card is required in the name of the primary driver. The credit card should have sufficient available credit to cover the rental charges, as well as any security deposit or additional fees.
4.Reservation Confirmation: If you have made a reservation in advance, bring the reservation confirmation voucher with you. This can be a printed document or an electronic confirmation on your mobile device.
Kindly note that a deposit is applicable at the time of reservation. This deposit serves as a security measure for both parties involved. We kindly request that you complete the deposit payment using a credit card during the online booking process. It is important to understand that the deposit payment does not replace the need for the main driver to present a credit card in their name during vehicle collection.
For the convenience of all our customers, it is mandatory for the main driver to have a valid credit card registered under their own name upon picking up the rental car. Although the deposit has been paid during the reservation, the credit card presented on collection is essential for finalizing the rental agreement and covering any additional charges that may occur during the rental period.
There are no restrictions or charges for adding an additional driver to your rental agreement.
It is requested that you return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you initially picked it up
The driver should be 21 and hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year and a major credit card for guarantee (VISA, MASTER). According to Greek Law the driver should present a valid EU or International driving license.
Excess is the amount you are liable for in case of Damage or theft of the car (when Collision Damage Waiver and Theft protection is included in your booking).

In case of accident, call the emergency number which is indicated on the rental agreement, you got when you picked up the car. The representative will advise you what you have to do. Call the police to report the accident, once you return the car, an accident report will be created.
If you added your flight details to your booking, we will be able to track your flight and may hold the car for you for some time.
If your flight is delayed it is important to inform us as soon as possible.
During the booking procedure please select the exact pick up and drop off hours of your rental. If any extra charge is applied for the out of operating times is always included in our final prices. If your plans change after you picked up, please contact the station to set the drop off details and be informed of any incurring costs.
Yes, it is allowed to have different pick up and drop off locations. On the search engine, we provide you with the option to “Drop-off to different location ”. This will enable you to select one of the available return locations.
We can only guarantee a certain car category and not a specific make or model. We feature cars from many different manufacturers in the same category which should have the same features as confirmed at time of reservation.
